Our Desiccated Coconut is a single ingredient product derived from the organic coconut meat thereafter cut and dried into a specific moisture level. The product has creamy white colour and nutty odour with a nearly bland flavour. Desiccated Coconut is gluten-free and an excellent source of dietary fiber.
