Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie

Made with Wild Tuskers Moringa Powder

1 serving

1/2 a banana

3/4 cups of frozen berries

A handful of spinach

1/2 cup of milk of your choice (regular, almond, oat, soy)

1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter

1/2 table spoon of hemp seed

1/2 table spoon of flax seed

1 teaspoon of Moringa powder

Optional (1 tablespoon of coconut oil)

Instructions:

In a single blender or a regular blender put in the ingredients in order and blend it.

Pour it in a cup and enjoy!
