Ryupure Banana Bread

Ryupure banana bread


  • 2 spotty bananas
  • 2 cage-free pasteurized eggs
  • 1/2 cup of gluten-free rolled oats blended into flour
  • 1 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 full cup of dark chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 ° F

  1. Whisk all wet ingredients until smooth
  2. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well to combine
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips
  4. bake for 35-40 mins and ENJOY!

Top it with  chopped pecans or walnuts for more texture.
