Step 1 – Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan (81/2X41/2 inch).


Step 2 – Sift Coconut Flour, Psyllium Husk Powder and Baking powder together into a bowl.


Step 3 – Combine cocoa powder and butter in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30 seconds intervals stirring well until butter fully melted, and mixture is well blended.


Step 4 – Add sugar eggs, mashed banana. Vanilla and salt to the butter mixture. Wisk until well combined. Whisk in flour mixture until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan and let rest for 10 minutes.


Step 5 – Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until a cake tester inserted into the middle comes out clean.


Step 6 – Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 15 to 20 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
