Moringa Chia Pudding
Serves 3-4 people
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Moringa Powder
Optional: desired fruits.
- Combine cChia seds and two milk in a bowl. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
- Add moringa powder in half of the pre-made chia-pudding and set it aside.
- Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Layer the two puddings in a cup or bowl.
- Top it with fruit of your choice such as kiwi, banana, or berries.
