Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 a banana
- 3/4 cups of frozen berries
- A handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup of milk of your choice (regular, almond, oat, soy)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/2 table spoon of hemp seed
- 1/2 table spoon of flax seed
- 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder
- Optional (1 tablespoon of coconut oil)
Instructions
In a single blender or a regular blender put all the ingredients and blend it.
Pour it in a cup and enjoy!
