Turmeric Tahini

Turmeric Tahini Sauce


  • 1/4 cup of Tahini
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt and black pepper


Whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric, cayenne, and ΒΌ cup water until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days covered.
